Visa information

It is the responsibility of the participant to review his/her visa status and determine whether they need a visa or visa renewal for entering the country where the conference is hosted. Furthermore it is up to the participant to pay any related fees, find out how to schedule an interview appointment and other instructions for the application process.

If you need to receive a letter for applying for visa to travel to attend the conference, then please follow the following step:

[1] Complete the registration

[2] Email a copy of registration confirmation with the following email to Prof. Tao Li < taoli @ cs . fiu . edu > (and copy < ruzanna . najaryan @ eai . eu > as well)

-- Indicate participation type (Speaker, Author presenter, Participant, Panelist)
-- Indicate whether you are participating on Workshop Day one (Oct 22), or Conference only (Oct 23 - 25) or both (Oct 22-25)

If you are a Author/presenter, provide

• Title of the Paper
• Author list with affiliations

Please note that we only verify that you have registered to attend the conference.
