EAI CollaborateCom 2021 will take place on Zhumu in a live and interactive format.
The pre-recorded presentations will be streamed according to the Program of the Conference which is scheduled to start on the 16th of October at 8:30 Beijing Time. Each presentation will last about 15 minutes, followed by a live 5 minutes Q&A moderated by the Session Chair. Authors and co-authors are required to be online at the set time to ensure a lively and constructive discussion of their research paper. Please test your webcam and microphone settings before the conference starts.
How to Join the Sessions (for authors, discussants, and attendees)
- Install Zhumu Client for the Meeting in advance.
- Open the session links as listed below
- Click on “Open Zhumu.app”
- No password is required. You will be directed to the meeting room automatically. If the meeting room is not open yet, please wait for the meeting room open
Links for accessing conference rooms have been sent to ll the conference registrants via email.
